Published outcome
The closeout published the complete reviewed commit range from the
initial source through 55ecff5946 to
origin/main. Work was split into small commits and pushed
after each completed checkpoint. The range includes:
- version-history semantics, Regex Builder safety, compact internal-browser geometry, repository-tab ownership, typed localization, history graph actions/lane controls, and provider-error redaction;
- Launchpad, pull-request review, interactive rebase, merge editor, integrated terminal, signing, conflict forecast, change-summary, issue-tracker, self-hosted server, Cloud Patch, AI-policy, and commit-composition foundations;
- a zero-test Super Express direct build/release path;
- normal-CI installer packaging/upload that survives earlier test failures without hiding the failed verdict;
- packaged Electron startup recovery, silent installer hardening, and elapsed time on every real workflow/run list.
ROADMAP.md now distinguishes each implemented foundation
from its remaining adapter, server, UI, and capture work. Open roadmap
issues remain open until their complete acceptance criteria are met.
Verification receipts
- Workflow elapsed UI: 28/28 focused tests; extended suite 72/72.
- R6 conflict forecast: 15/15 focused tests; repository TypeScript, ESLint, Prettier, and whitespace gates pass. An independent native Windows sweep compared all 1,112,064 Unicode scalar values and found 0 mismatches.
- R10 change-summary foundation: 24/24.
- R16 issue-tracker identity/config foundation: 21/21.
- Super Express/normal-CI source contracts: 14/14 after the final workflow changes.
- Packaged Windows E2E job
91555720873: production build, package, install, 10/10 packaged tests, and artifact upload all passed. - A failed-upstream-CI Express run still uploaded installer artifact
8840120256(2,031,765,772 bytes). Normal CI arm64 also uploaded artifact8840399524after the release-contract correction. - The Pages run for
5259000255completed successfully. - Real GitHub wiki commit
dc4f9548bb0f90b96a938065110f9a5add47d131publishes the same silent installer and zero-test emergency-release guidance asdocs/wiki.

Remaining acceptance work
- Roadmap issues #118–#135 remain the authority for live adapters, complete server routes, remaining UI wiring, and feature-specific verification.
- The requested README/docs/wiki screenshot for every new feature remains pending for features that are foundations only. Genuine captures must show the real built Windows surface through the repository's off-screen Lowlevel harness; this run did not fabricate or relabel evidence.
- The newest
mainworkflows continue independently after each push. The decisive packaged-startup and artifact-preservation receipts above are complete; later run URLs may supersede them without changing the source result. - The separate dirty
codex/revive-linux-tuilinked worktree is preserved and explicitly outside this Windows closeout. It must not be deleted or reset until its owner finishes or abandons it deliberately.
Containment
The default checkout contains only this documentation update at handoff-writing time. No stash was created, no force push was used, and no unmerged or uncommitted file in the separate TUI worktree was touched.
